Ms. Bertini’s practice is substantially dedicated to seeking to remedy workplace discrimination and to ensure that employees are treated in a non-discriminatory manner in the workplace, without regard to race, gender, disability, religion, national origin, or sexual orientation. She regularly tries cases in the federal court in Norfolk. She has served as Bar Council for the Virginia Bar and is active in Virginia Employment Lawyers Association, National Employment Lawyers Association and the Virginia Bar Association Employment and Labor Section Council.
